Design File Sharing

Saltmine has added the ability to share single or multiple design files directly from the Design thumbnail/list page. This functionality to share files will allow the files to be shared with Project Team users, Customer Users, or New Users. Once the files have been shared the users will receive an email notification.

How to Share Design Files

Select the check box next to each design file that needs to be shared and then select the share button.

After selecting the Share button the Share Design Files dialog will popup. Simply add the users that need access to the files and select Share.

If the desired user that needs access to the file does not exist, a new user can also be added from this dialog box.

After the design files have been shared with the users, each user will receive and email letting them know that the design file has been shared with them. Links to the shared files will be included in the email.
