How to fix Level Mapping in Design Files

As there is no way to edit finalized Design Files to fix the error, you need to have permission to Manage Projects and follow these steps:

1. Duplicate the affected file with mapping error.
2. Click on ‘Fix Level Mapping’ for the newly duplicated file.
3. Remap the levels.

If it is a project with a status of Built, follow the usual steps to Edit Finalized Data via the Project Dashboard:

Otherwise, you can first unfinalize the currently finalized Design Files by updating the status to Revision then select the fixed file the next time you finalize a scenario (by updating status to Designed, Construction, or Built).
