Recommendations: Mobility Percentage

Recommended Mobility displays how many percentages of seat employees should get based on their attendance.

If the Customer enables Badging data integration and has attendance data uploaded to the platform, Saltmine will generate a recommendation on Mobility percentage. Recommendations will be displayed on the Program.

Pre-Requisites:

• HR Integration to collect the data on employees
• Space Temperature: Badging module to collect and process attendance data.

How Recommendations work:

• Once integrations are up and running, the system will start generating recommendations on Mobility.
• The recommendation processes the actual attendance per department and provides the percent of Mobility per each org unit.
• Percentage number displayed on the Strategy -> Input at the “Mobility % Recommendation.”
• Users can set the timeframe to see recommendations based on the data for specific dates.
