What is Employee Heartbeat?

With employee heartbeat, we provide the ability for our customers to capture real-time feedback from employees. 

Users in Saltmine can design surveys within our platform and disseminate these automatically to employees via email. Feedback is then captured and can be reviewed in various Saltmine reports.

Users can:

  • Create surveys of different complexity using various types of questions.
  • Create campaigns and target employees based on location and designation.
  • Map different block types.
  • Use employee heartbeat on mobile, as well as a web-based survey app to capture responses.
  • Review campaigns results at Analysis page
